About me

Hello – I’m Sarah.

I’m an environmental economist based in London, working in climate policy. I’m particularly interested in how the macroeconomy and financial system will evolve in response to climate change and the transition to a low-carbon economy.

I grew up in New Zealand, where I spent a lot of time in the mountains, looking for quiet places and big views. Living in London makes that harder, but I’ve found substitutes in running along the canals, practicing yoga, and exploring the city’s cafes, restaurants, and bookshops.

I live with my husband, Tyler, and our cat, Cally.
